The July meeting was held on 8th of July. It was chaired by our President, Joie Ng, and minutes were recorded by our Secretary, Rebecca Yates. Items of discussion included;
✈️ ALSA Conference travel arrangements confirmed, with flights and accommodation finalised.
🎉 Orientation Day planning continued, with committee members reminded to submit their availability for volunteer rosters.
🗳️ A by-election to fill the vacant Publications & Marketing Officer position will be held early in Semester 2.
🎙️ The next MSLS Podcast episode is set to be released next week.
⚖️ Planning continues for the Community Legal Centres Event on 6 August.
🍸 Winter Bar Night was a great success, with planning now underway for the End of Year event.
🏆 Preparations continue for the Junior Moot Grand Final on 6 October, proudly sponsored by Clayton Utz.
📖 Work is progressing on the 2026 Careers Guide, with firm drafts to be distributed ahead of publication.
