The February meeting was held on 16th of February . It was chaired by our President, Joie Ng and minutes were recorded by our Secretary Rebecca Yates. Items of discussion included;

🏕️ Committee support requested for Campus Kick-Off stall operations on 26 February.
💰 Treasurer provided account updates, including ongoing Wine Tour payments and Ball-related invoices.
☕ Café updates included stock orders, upcoming café shift sign-ups, and new reimbursement/card procedures.
🎙️ Podcast collaborations with A&O Shearman and Bennett currently being organised, with recordings expected in the coming months.
❓ Charity Quiz Night planned for Semester One.
🤝 Alumni Networking Evening scheduled for 6 March with Bennett Law, with marketing and alumni invitations underway.
👩⚖️ Judges’ Associateship Panel confirmed for 12 March, with all judges locked in.
💃 Save the Date for the 2026 Law Ball officially released, with committee ticket discounts confirmed.
🍷 Wine Tour fully booked, with ticketing and transport details finalised.
🏆 Competitions planning progressing well, with roles allocated, questions drafted, judges being confirmed, and competition dates announced.
🌏 External competition opportunities promoted for junior competitors through UNSW-hosted events.
📖 First Year Guide finalised, printed, and prepared for distribution at Law O-Day.
👕 Merch planning underway, including quarter-zip selection, supplier sourcing, and embroidery mock-up designs.
