Test the depth of your legal research and summon your best reasoning as you pit your mind against your peers in this intricate and fascinating competition.

Junior Moot

Proudly Sponsored by Clayton Utz

Taking the form of a simulated appeal in the Supreme Court of Western Australia, Mooting is truly one of the most prestigious competitions you can compete in at Murdoch (unsurprisingly one of Australia’s premier mooting Law Schools). Whether you’re here to probe more deeply into your legal studies, prepare for a long-form moot with the Murdoch Moot Court Bench or just have fun, Mooting is one sure-fire way to develop your skills and meet new people.

Junior Mooting is specifically targeted to First Years and other first time Mooters, the questions are designed to follow along with the First Year Semester Two Core Units.
